We are looking for an intellectually curious, driven, and forward-thinking Recruitment Manager to join our team.
What you will do:
You are known for thinking strategically and staying on top of tactical execution of a diverse recruitment portfolio. By developing knowledge of the industry and our clients' hiring needs, you are someone who will effectively match candidates with opportunities.
Our high-performance culture will require you to deliver an integrated talent program which includes:
Leading full-cycle recruitment for Calgary office. This includes both local and international candidates.
Support our Inclusion Diversity and Equity recruitment and retention plans. Bringing new ideas and fresh perspectives to our approach.
Work collaboratively with our broader HR teams both locally and nationally on strategic Talent Attraction projects.
Demonstrate a keen understanding of the business metrics including financial results and utilization to proactively sourcing talent.
What you bring to this role:
Along with an enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented attitude, you will also have the following:
5 plus years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally in a mix of high-volume national organizations, Executive/Contingency Search and/or corporate recruitment environments. Professional services environment would be considered an asset.
Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature demonstrated by providing meaningful insights to hiring leaders.
Ability to prioritize and deliver high volume tasks for a wide range of colleagues and ease in meeting deadlines.
Experience providing guidance to executive level Hiring Managers and handling expectations applicably.
Demonstrated use of effective and best in class sourcing and candidate generation techniques
