We’re hiring a Talent Attraction Manager to join our Regions East Campus Recruitment team! In this role, you’ll lead the development, planning, and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across 18 offices in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regions East Talent Attraction Leader, the National Campus Recruitment team, and business partners across Audit, Tax, and Advisory, while also building strong relationships with external stakeholders at universities and colleges.
What you will do:
Collaborate with cross-functional Talent Attraction and National Centres of Excellence teams to deliver a campus strategy aligned with broader business goals
Adapt, implement, and execute the national campus recruitment strategy to attract top co-op, intern, and new graduate talent across Regions East, integrating our ID&E strategy
Work closely with the leadership team to set hiring targets and monitor entry-level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are being met along with reporting on results
Partner with business leaders across 18 offices to manage the full campus recruitment cycle, providing consistent communication and exceptional client service
Represent KPMG Regions East on campus by engaging prospective students to participate in programs and events
Execute full cycle recruitment processes (screen, interview, select, offer and onboarding) of intern, co-op and new graduate including management of the full process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and enhance the intern/co-op program by designing virtual experiences, educating performance managers, and streamlining the return offer and offboarding processes to ensure a positive student employee experience
Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including career centre contacts and student associations
Stay informed on industry trends and evolving best practices in campus recruitment, applying insights to enhance the student experience at KPMG
Travel to attend events, information sessions, or training sessions is required

What you bring to this role:
Post-graduate education in a relevant field - HR, Business etc.
3+ years of experience in campus recruitment
Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail demonstrated through previous experience in event planning and/or multi-stakeholder projects
Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions and networking
Excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership
