Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex corporate and personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Provide expert guidance on tax management and strategy.

Analyze tax statutes, regulations, and rulings to ensure compliance.

Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax obligations.

Conduct research and analysis of tax laws.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in public accounting, focusing on tax return preparation and review.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

CPA or EA designation preferred (reimbursement available).

Extensive experience with 1040, 1120, or 1120S forms.
