Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
5+ years recent experience in public accounting
CPA or Bar License Required
Strong technical skills with public accounting experience focused in taxes for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry
Experience in M&A transactions or someone actively seeking to gain experience in transaction opportunities

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Managing or supervising client engagements from the beginning to completion - including tax compliance, planning, and consulting projects for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry
• Developing and training senior tax accountants with on-the-job experience
• Tax research and consultations regarding client transactions and restructuring
• Building relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
The Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years recent experience in public accounting
• CPA or Bar License Required
• Strong technical skills with public accounting experience focused in taxes for private equity funded partnerships and public companies in the energy industry
• Experience in M&A transactions or someone actively seeking to gain experience in transaction opportunities.
• Oil & Gas experience a plus
• ASC 740 & public company experience a plus
