Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an E-Learning Course Developer (Trainee). This role is perfect for someone with 0-2 years of experience, a passion for teaching, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new topics and technologies. You will be responsible for learning new subjects through our provided resources and recording e-learning courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master new topics quickly through provided video tutorials and resources.
- Record e-learning courses with clear and engaging content delivery.
- Collaborate with the content development team to create high-quality learning materials.
- Ensure that all course content is up-to-date and meets company standards.
- Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in e-learning course development.
- Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Work from our office in Pune and be prepared to travel across the country as required.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in any field, with a strong interest in teaching and content creation.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to learn new topics quickly and effectively.
- Interest in the e-learning industry and a passion for helping others learn.
- Dynamic and adaptable personality with a willingness to try new things.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in content creation, teaching, or training is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of video recording and editing tools is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to join immediately, within 1-2 weeks.
- Having valid Passport would be added advantage
