Location: T. M. Roberts Elementary School & Pinewood Elementary School, Cranbrook, BC


Contract Type: Part-time Temporary (0.42 FTE)


Salary Range: The starting annual salary for this part-time teaching position ranges from $26,60+ to $46,+56, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

-Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.


Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each

posting.





Job Summary:

Teacher Librarian - Grades K-6

0.42 FTE temporary contract, starting May 5, 2025 or upon completion of the posting process to May 23, 2025, or return of the incumbent.

Must have a degree/formal training and or teaching experience in Library Studies at the Elementary level.

This position supports both T. M. Roberts Elementary School and Pinewood Elementary School in Cranbrook, BC. It is currently scheduled for Monday and Wednesday mornings, and for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Please note that all work will be on site.

Please note: Continuing teachers will need to vacate their continuing assignment in order to accept a temporary assignment, unless the FTE is greater in the temporary job posting.
