Deputy General Manager – Operations: Master’s in Administration with 10 years of experience in operational roles, ensuring hospital functions align with quality management systems.

Senior Manager – Operations: Master’s in Business Administration/Operations Management, with 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, data analysis, and workflow optimization.

Manager: Master’s in Operations Management/Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospital or medical college operations.

Assistant Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management/Business Administration, with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.

Candidate Profile:

Candidates must hold a PG/Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.

Strong communication skills are essential.
