About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant for Java, you will support the Lead Instructor by working on content creation, developing assessment practice questions, evaluating student performance, and providing doubt-solving assistance for students. Your role is essential in ensuring that students receive the necessary support and resources to succeed in their Java programming studies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Assist in developing and updating educational content, including lecture materials, tutorials, and project guidelines.
• Assessment Development: Create and refine assessment practice questions to help students test their understanding of key concepts.
• Student Evaluation: Evaluate student assignments and assessments, providing detailed and constructive feedback to support their learning progress.
• Doubt Solving: Address student queries and doubts related to course content, projects, and assessments, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support Sessions: Conduct support sessions and study groups to reinforce learning and help students with challenging topics.
• Resource Management: Organize and maintain a repository of learning materials, resources, and tools for students.

Who You Are:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Java programming or a related field. Strong understanding of Java language features, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Genuine interest in helping students learn and succeed in Java programming. Patience and dedication to student support and mentorship.
