Requirements:
• Proven experience as a teaching assistant with Key Stage 1.
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Foster a positive learning environment conducive to student success.
• Help maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Contribute to the overall ethos, aims, and objectives of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Lead small group activities and intervention sessions to support children' progress.
• Provide support for children with special educational needs or additional learning needs.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of teaching resources.
• Contribute to the overall ethos, aims, and objectives of the school.
