Teaching Assistant - Rayleigh

Salary Scale: £80-£100

Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
• As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
• As a Teaching Assistant, you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
• Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
• As a Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
