Key Responsibilities
Delivering Engaging Lessons
As an Educational Support Specialist with Equal Education Partners, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in secondary schools across South and West Wales. Your expertise in teaching various subjects, aligned with the Welsh curriculum, will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of education.

Effective Classroom Management
You will be required to manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a conducive learning environment that fosters academic growth and development. This includes assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status
To be eligible for this position, you must hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant teaching qualifications. Additionally, you should have an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through our service.

Registration with EWC
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales is also a mandatory requirement. Furthermore, you must have the right to work in the UK and demonstrate exceptional communication and classroom management skills.
