Team Assistant

A&M is looking for an organised and enthusiastic temporary Team Assistant to assist with the day-to-day team administration within one of our fast-paced and dynamic business units. The successful candidate will be extremely personable, friendly and confident. You will embrace a can-do attitude, team spirit and more importantly - be happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved. You must be versatile, have an entrepreneurial approach and take ownership of all tasks.

This is a fantastic job for someone who is hands-on and looking for a short-term rewarding and challenging opportunity in a busy, fun and friendly environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assisting EA team with:
• Email and calendar management.
• Booking meetings, venues, trains, flights, taxis and hotels.
• Completing expense reports for Managing Directors and Senior Directors.
• Completing weekly timesheets for Managing Directors
• Adding e-signatures to documents
• Covering for EA holidays and absences
• Setting up conference calls
• Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
• Creating and amending decks in PowerPoint
• Using Excel to maintain team documents
• Assisting with client research

Assisting wider team with:
• Handling general office tasks, such as post, filing, printing, binding, scanning, and data entry.
• Assisting with the onboarding process of new staff.
• Ad-hoc clerical duties and projects.
• Core hours are +am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and the role duration is 6 month

Requirements:
• Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English language is essential
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
• Good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Have eligibility to work in the UK
