The Team Consultant / Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day travel operations, providing guidance and support to the team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of travel programs. They will also be responsible for strategic planning, analyzing travel data, and consulting with clients to provide tailored travel solutions.QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Team Leadership, and Consulting skillsExcellent Communication skillsStrategic Planning abilities03-07 years of experience in the travel industry (Preferably Inbound or MICE)Knowledge of destinations, itinerary planning, designing of cost proposalExperience of working on a travel software is preferredAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
