Team Leader Administration

Salary: Level 5 $82,561 to $87,681 per annum
Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated, and well-organised individual with substantial experience in business administration and leadership. The Team Leader Administration is responsible for leading and managing the Engineering Services administration team, to provide support, oversee and monitor the administrative operations of the business unit.

To be successful for this position you will have a minimum of four years’ experience in business administration and required to hold the following:

WA ‘C’ Class Driver's Licence.
Current National Police Certificate.

Tertiary qualification in business administration and/or equivalent relevant experience.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management and/or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in administrative functions and team leadership.
Highly effective time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document control and administrative management systems.
Demonstrated experience of supervision of teams and working within groups to achieve desired outcomes.
