Position: Team Lead/ Assistant Manager – Marketing

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and execution-focused Team Lead/ Assistant Manager – Marketing to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
This role will primarily focus on marketing strategy, campaign execution, content, and demand generation, while supporting the sales team with qualified leads and marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Campaign Management & Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events.
• Manage campaign calendars, creatives, content, and execution timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Content & Brand Communication
• Create and manage marketing content, including emailers, pitch decks, case studies, blogs, and social media content.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
• Work closely with design and content teams to develop impactful marketing assets.
Pre-Sales & Marketing Collaterals (Support Role)
• Develop marketing-driven pitch decks, proposals, and presentations aligned with brand positioning.
• Support the sales team with collaterals and campaign insights.
• Assist in customizing presentations based on client segments.
Events & Growth Initiatives
• Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and marketing events.
• Manage promotions, registrations, and post-event engagement.
• Support partnerships and co-marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
• Track and analyze campaign performance, lead metrics, and engagement data.
• Generate reports and provide insights for optimization.
• Recommend improvements for better conversion and reach.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
• Maintain and manage CRM tools, campaign trackers, and marketing databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing activities and assets.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth roles.
• Strong experience in campaign execution, content creation, and lead generation.
• Exposure to B2B marketing and digital channels is preferred.
• Good understanding of marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
