The Position

The position of Team Lead – Accelerator is responsible for deployment of predefined fixed price functionality of Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud. The objective is to streamline the configuration of the components specified in the volume offering package purchased by clients.

Reporting to the Practice Lead – Business Central, the Team Lead is a client facing, revenue generating position requiring development of a methodology and implementation process that is consistent, repeatable, and continually refined to maximize project profitability and quality.

You will be responsible for deployment of the defined functionality and actively manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet expectations. You will leverage your knowledge and experience with D365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) to identify and recommend other features that would be valuable additions to the offering as the line of business grows and evolves.

As a Team Lead, you will foster a supportive team culture and provide mentorship to the members of your team. You will have exceptional communication and presentation skills and strive for continuous improvement, meet expectations, problem solve and balance client satisfaction with project profitability.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead a team of consultants who will deliver consistent and repeatable implementations.
Ability to coach consultants through an implementation of D365 Business Central.
Ability to mentor team members in their career progression.
Help in the recruitment cycle to identify potential candidates to join the team.
Mentor, create and implement training plans for consulting resources.
Identify opportunities for growth with other team members, develop and implement plans to achieve growth and proactively follow up with team members.
Review team member’s time entry and approve as necessary.
Participate in all established corporate policies and procedures regarding the Company’s performance management practices and technologies.
Evaluate and seek to improve standardized repeatable methodologies and documentation.
Provide customers with a checklist of information they need to deploy the new system.
Quickly and efficiently deploy D365 Business Central in the cloud.
Limited configuration and deployment of components specified in the package client purchased.
Provide user training to customer super users.
Provide documentation about setup and configuration for future reference.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support.
Identify opportunities to upsell other product capabilities and/or services that may be beneficial to the customer’s operations.
Desired Skills & Competencies

University Degree in Business, Finance or Information Systems.
MB-800: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications preferably D365 Business Central (formerly Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
Microsoft Power BI, Jet Reports, Microsoft Power Apps.
Working knowledge or interest in learning database systems and hardware environments.
3-5 years implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central software.
3-5 years implementing Dynamics GP.
2+ years preparing business/customer-facing documentation/communication.
Minimum of 1 year providing customer service/technical support.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources.
Prioritize competing project needs while balancing client satisfaction and project profitability.
Enthusiastic and approachable team player.
Other Qualifications

Willing and able to travel; valid passport is required.
Must be resident of Canada or the United States and legally entitled to work in resident country.
Must be fluent in English – both verbal and written.
