Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Team Leader to join our dynamic Payroll Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll functions, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll software systems. The Team Lead will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring that all payroll processes run smoothly.
Duties
Process payroll for all employees accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform data entry tasks related to employee hours, deductions, and benefits.
Reconcile payroll accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed to support financial operations.
Collaborate with the human resources team to manage employee benefits and deductions.
Generate payroll reports for management review and assist in audits as required.
Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
Experience
Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or Team Lead role is preferred.
Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and account reconciliation is a plus.
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
