Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage a team of accountants. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, coordinating audits, providing guidance and training to team members, and addressing client inquiries. The role requires effective communication, adherence to deadlines, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience in financial statement preparation and audit coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in handling client inquiries and providing tailored accounting solutions
