Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of .NET Fullstack developers to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
• Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in .NET Fullstack development, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
