Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating effective team management and mentorship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in performance management and employee development.
• Ability to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Understanding of business objectives and ability to align team goals with organizational objectives.
