Team Leading exp of atleast 2 yr in customer Support, team size taken care of : 20-25 associates, taking care of AHT, C SAT, Team Management, attrition handling, Good Comm skills , Versant Certification (5), open for 24*7
• Should be able to converse well in both English and Hindi. Have excellent writing skills.

• Decision making abilities
• Should be flexible to work in shifts and rotational Offs.
• 7 Days operational window, with 6 Day Work Week and rotational shifts.
• Strictly no leaves during training
• Good Typing skills 30 WPM with 85 Accuracy.
• Gender Mix 60 Male: 40% Female (Considering rotational shifts)
