Team Leader - Field Service

Take the next step in your career and lead an experienced field service team dedicated to delivering excellence in medical imaging. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving service quality, and supporting the professional growth of your team.


Based in the Lower North Island, you will lead and support a team of 12 engineers operating across the southern region.


What you’ll do:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.
Take ownership of service escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Present and discuss system uptime reports with customers.
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.

About you:

Experience in a service-focused environment with strong customer support.
Proven leadership of technical teams will be prioritised
Drivers licence
Ability to coach, mentor, and engage people at all experience levels.
Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise
Flexibility to travel as required, with full New Zealand working rights.
