Day Shift, Evening Shift & Night Shift Available.

Role Description:

· Responsible for day to day operations at food counter.

· Preparing ready to heat and serve food.

· Responsible for sale at the food counter.

· Upselling and suggestive selling of the food products.

· Keeping the daily sale track on regular basis.

· Keeping the counter clean and neat.

· Keeping the proper Inventory of the items which are in custody.

· Responsible for wastage of food products.

· Handling the cash /credit card transaction.

· Preparing the food and serving to the guest as per the standard set by the company.

· Responsible for billing of each sale transaction.

· Responsible for daily settlement of the bill after shift.

· Handling guest complaint if any.

· Responsible for individual grooming standard.

· Conducting the inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Responsible for shortages in cash and products which are in custody.

· Responsible for procurement of material for sale on day today basis.

· Maintaining the proper hygiene at counter.

· Responsible for audit discrepancies if any.

Essential Duties :

· Following the SOPs standards.

· Suggestive selling and Upselling of the Product.

· Maintain the back area neat and clean

· Maintain the Integrity and accuracy of the accounting data.

· Proper Handover of the shift.

· Maintaining Kitchen Hygiene standards.

· Conducting the Inventory with zero discrepancy.

· Should have detailed Product Knowledge.

· Working the rotational shifts.

The ability to diffuse situations calmly and quickly.
The capability to work quickly and efficiently, often to tight time constraints.
