Role - Team Member
12 months Max-Term Contract until July 2025
Location: Paramatta

How will I help?

As a team member in Payments and Service and Operations team (PSO), you will be responsible for assisting our internal and external customers across in fulfilling their requests.

You will be responsible for the management of balancing PPS accounts, monitoring PPS stop/fraud/mismatch /trading bank reports and actioning accordingly. The role is also responsible for monitoring the PPS return mail in office and onforward to originating client and processing manual entries to fund PPS accounts.

This role operates Monday to Friday between +am to 6pm. The role is currently working hybrid with minimum 2 days in office 3 days' work from home, however this is dependent on business and operational needs.

What do I need?
Exceptional customer service skills- experience across banking/ Financial Services is ideal
The ability to stay calm in complex situations.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal to provide a high standard of phone etiquette and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Able to take initiate and thrive in challenges.
Flexible as overtime will be occasionally required.
