We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business development. The candidate should hold this position is a work from home opportunity, and the candidate’s base location should be either Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, or Kolkata.

Qualification : BE degree in mechanical engineering stream, along with an MBA from IIM/ISB. Minimum Business Development experience of 0-2 years.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients.

5. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

6. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.

7. Monitor and track industry developments, market conditions, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities and progress.

+. Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in business development

– BE degree in mechanical engineering stream from a recognized university and MBA from IIM/ISB.

– Proven experience in corporate office environments and B2B sales.

–Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

– Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

– Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and priorities effectively.

– Write and test ad copy to maximize CTR and ROI.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
