Technology Risk Manager (Grade – M7)

Job Role

Lead a team of Technology Risk Managers to deliver business objectives
Develop, implement and enhance policies/frameworks for Technology Risk Management
Conduct enterprise wide Technology Risk Assessments which comprise identifying, analyzing and quantifying technology risks. Recommend holistic risk mitigation solutions
Perform technology risk assessments for new/existing products/services
Devise creative strategies and solutions to protect the company’s assets while minimizing the possible threats. Identify/enhance approaches and tools to manage risk effectively
Conduct Application Architecture Reviews/Assessments
Perform detailed analysis of system related event / incidents, identify root cause and recommend mitigations. Define, monitor & report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for various Technology domains
Conduct thematic reviews for critical technology Infrastructure
Develop and maintain good communication channels with other risk partners, such as Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, etc.
Conduct risk awareness, provide education and training to employees/vendors
Create and maintain an external network with other senior IT risk managers, and relevant risk forums
Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any discipline
15+ yrs experience
Analytical capabilities to analyze and detect prospective risks and vulnerabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of computer systems and a working knowledge of numerous computer programming languages
Thorough understanding of the business environment, ability to comprehend how businesses operate, policies work, and how to recognize internal and external risks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive, trusting relationships with other IT and business stakeholders
Through understanding of Risk Management Frameworks/standards such as ISO, NIST etc.
