The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Participates in all aspects of the management, coordination, preparation, tie-out and review of the quarterly Form 10-Q and annual 10-K filings with the SEC, as well as filings on Form 8-K and other required SEC filings
Prepares financial statements of CFC affiliates in compliance with US GAAP
Completes GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with reporting and disclosure requirements
Completes and reviews XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes
Provides guidance on the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards and incorporates into reporting to ensure new GAAP and SEC reporting requirements are met
Reviews, researches, interprets and provides technical support on accounting issues to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and SEC regulations
Acts as a subject matter resource on certain reporting and accounting issues
Coordinates with internal stakeholders and external auditors on quarterly reviews and year-end audits
Works closely with Investor Relations to prepare and review investors and rating agencies presentation slides
Prepares materials for the board of directors’ meetings
Prepares the accounting analysis for new lease transactions

Description
