Position: Technical Administration Assistant, reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager.
???? Full-time | Monday - Friday | +am - 5pm
???? Office based in Uxbridge
Skills and Experience:
???? Highly organised with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
???? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and adaptable to new systems.
???? Quick learner with the ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities:
???? Monitor email and phone for customer tickets; escalate and allocate to engineers.
???? Respond to requests for job updates and service calls; book engineers accordingly.
???? Manage warranty requests and returns; ensure accuracy of completed worksheets.
???? Oversee customer equipment stored at our Uxbridge location.
???? Compile reports on call responses for clients.
