• Working through the entire implementation lifecycle; from initial requirements workshops, configuration, testing and training.
• Focusing on customer engagement and end user experience, gather/elicit high quality business and technical requirements that will improve the effectiveness of our new IT services as well as identifying opportunities to design new solutions.
• Understanding how work types fit into wider Enterprise Architecture/hierarchy and supporting with recommendations for integration and data architectures.
• Configuration of business processes in the low code Case Management System inclusive of phase plans, forms, data, workflows, portal pages
• Work with the Dev/Product teams to design and implement enhanced features and widgets and ensure the deliverable meets exacting quality standards.
• Performing system analysis on software programs and applications.
• Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects.
• Support with effective embedding of new systems, processes, and ways of working within business operations and services, working alongside a dedicated Change and Training Team to define creation of materials.
• Ensuring system enhancements and updates are tested and remain compatible with existing processes and systems.
• Coordinate and support Document Technicians with complex document templates, data capture and data tagging to support workflow design.
• Support the Case Management System Manager design and embed guiding principles & methodologies that incorporate best practice such as design thinking, product management, data driven design and keeping things simple.
• Customer focused, proactive and passionate about improving the end user experience, acting as the voice of the customer, and taking ownership of getting to the root cause of a problem.
• Act as an ambassador for change, ensuring that all IT projects assess the impact on the customer. Be visible and present during project go-live and warranty periods.
• Support Product Owner or Subject Matter Expert to create and manage the prioritisation of the backlog / pipeline of investment requests by adhering to the governance framework for the services alongside key stakeholders and operational managers.
• Design feedback mechanisms that help identify trends and opportunities for continual improvement measuring usage and adoption as well as rationalising, standardising, streamlining, and simplifying services for the end user.
• Foster an environment that encourages openness, collaboration, and communication.

Main Function Of Job
Part of a team of world class customer focused business process, workflow & systems analysts in an international Legal Services business. You will be required to work with business users across the firmto identify requirements, analyse problems/opportunities with the view to designing and configuring digital legal processes and workflows on a new low-code SaaS Case Management System, part of new suite of high quality, fully integrated platforms in an exciting programme of Digital Transformation. Maximising the customers' experience & the effectiveness of DWFs new technology services, defining and driving best practice, productivity, and efficiencies.
Skills/Knowledge Required
Will ideally have at least 3 - 5 years demonstrable experience:
• Degree level qualifications and experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst, capable of designing and delivering methodologies and solutions that best fit the strategic direction and culture of a business.
• Experience of successful end to end management of changes from understanding the needs of the customer right through to testing, implementation, and communications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills & a passion for user experience, with proven experience of building and developing excellent relationships with customers & service providers and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Agile methodology, especially scrum, prototyping, MVP, and the delivery of benefits in an iterative manner.
• Ability to plan and facilitate workshops with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring you can translate non-technical ideas into commercially focused IT solutions and ideas.
• Developing product visions, backlogs, and roadmaps & the rationalisation of services
• Working with projects where objectives are not always fully clarified from the outset or there are significant volumes of changes.
• Specialist knowledge of SharePoint, Case & Matter Management Systems (Share Do highly desirable) and 3e with a focus on the end user experience.
• Experience in applying business process mapping to low-code configuration environment.
• Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
• Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software solutions.
• Test cases or manual testing.
• Test script writing.
• Work other Technical Business Analysts with their projects, business analyst practices and personal development.
• Drive to keep up to date with technical knowledge / industry developments.
• Flexible approach to working hours & travel to other offices.
• Ability to deliver documentation aimed for correct audience i.e., system/user/process.
• Source Code documentation.
• Insurance and/or Legal knowledge.
Desirable
• Delivering & using Legal Technology software solutions (SharePoint, Share Do, 3e)
• Business process modelling, workflow design and form automation.
• An understanding/experience of other IT activities including application development, configuration, IT Infrastructure, databases, service management.& change management.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Project Management
• Target operating models, value stream mapping and LEAN process improvement / six sigma
