Experience - 4+ yrs Location - Gurgaon / Jaipur / Remote We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Branding Specialist (specializing in Technical Content Writing) who will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of our CEO. The primary focus will be on developing high-quality content that is optimized for search engines and targets specific audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing technical Blogs/Articles and a strong understanding of SEO best practices. You will work closely with the marketing team to align the CEO’s online persona with the company’s overall branding and values. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the CEO's personal brand and reputation. • Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media channels such as Google , Twitter, and Facebook. • Creating regular blogs for the CEO’s Social media platforms around the topics. • Re-write, paraphrase, and edit Product feature guides and manuals to produce high-quality documentation. • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone etc). • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems. • Research and gather relevant information for writing unique content. • Monitor and manage the CEO's online presence across various social media platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent image. • Research, create and curate engaging and relevant content for the CEO's social media profiles, including posts, articles, blogs, and videos(using Canva/similar) • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to develop content ideas that align with the CEO's expertise and reputation goals. • Monitor and respond to online feedback, comments, and inquiries directed at the CEO, maintaining a professional and positive image. • Implement SEO techniques and strategies to optimize the CEO's online visibility and search engine rankings. • Regularly track and analyze the impact of the CEO's personal branding efforts, providing insights to optimize future strategies. • Foster relationships with influencers, industry leaders, and partners to expand the CEO's network and increase brand visibility. • The CEO Personal Branding Manager must maintain a consistent brand voice and image for the CEO across all online channels, aligning with the company's values and goals. • Handle any digital crisis that may occur, including negative reviews or feedback. • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of reputation management efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to enhance the CEO's reputation. • Support the marketing team with other digital marketing initiatives as required. Skills Required • Good understanding of marketing tools/apps, social media platforms, and what works and what doesn't works on social media. • Deep understanding of content marketing principles, approach and execution. • Analytical ability to research and conceptualize new content ideas and enhance existing content. • Must be able to understand IT enterprise products/services and business processes and can write articles, blogs, newsletters as per business needs & latest IT trends. • Must have expertise in any IT product or services in the past. • Should have excellent research skills and technical writing expertise in the past. • Excellent understanding of technical terms and concepts is essential for effectively communicating the CEO's insights and engaging with the IT community • The candidate must possess graphic design skills, particularly in using tools like Canva, to create visually appealing and impactful content for various social media channels. • The candidate should be a skilled researcher, adept at discovering and curating relevant IT-related content from diverse online platforms. This content will be utilized to support the CEO's thought leadership initiatives. • Ability to assist/drive initiatives like podcasts, reels/shorts and other marketing content. • Ability to research and learn on own, and come up with good content and strategy. • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices. • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
