Role OverviewAs a Technical Content Writer at Pinnacle Teleservices, you will create and manage high- quality, engaging, and informative technical content tailored for a diverse audience. Your work will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and user-friendly content, supporting our product documentation, marketing efforts, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Content CreationDevelop, edit, and proofread technical documents, including user manuals, guides, whitepapers, FAQs, and knowledge bases.Write clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, articles, website pages, newsletters, and case studies.2️⃣ Research and AnalysisConduct in-depth research to understand the company’s products, services, and industry trends.Collaborate with technical teams to gather insights and ensure accuracy in content.3️⃣ CollaborationWork closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of content with business goals.Participate in brainstorming sessions to create innovative content strategies.4️⃣ Content ManagementManage and update content across multiple platforms, including websites and internal documentation tools.Maintain a consistent tone and style aligned with the company’s brand identity.Qualifications and SkillsEducational Background:Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of IT, software, and telecommunications concepts is a plus.Content Writing Skills:Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Tools and Technologies:Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and content management systems (CMS).
