As a Technical Content Creator, your role involves tasks such as writing product user guides, creating videos or animations to explain product functionality, creating user training, or updating help center queries and FAQs. Seek feedback and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop impactful and useful content. Technical Content Creator plays an important part, by helping us scale user on boarding and engagement. You are a key link between engineers, sales & marketing, product manager, support & operations as well as the external users, tying together many vital but disparate parts of the company. As a Technical Content Creator, you'll have a chance to grow your career in a fast-growing and fun organization.Desired Candidate ProfileRequirementsYou have excellent written communication skills in English.You have at least 2 years of experience with writing technical user documentation (user guides, help, FAQs etc) for a software product.You have prior experience and a deep interest in novel ways of creating content for users.You are passionate about creating content that users find supremely useful.You are self-driven and effective in managing your own work based on the agreed objectives and timelines.You are naturally curious to learn new things
