We are looking for a Technical Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and inputting technical data into various systems and databases with a focus on ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with cloud architects and IT teams to update and maintain technical records, system configurations, and logs. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic knowledge of IT systems, and the ability to manage data entry processes within a fast-paced, technical environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management:
• Accurately input and maintain technical data, system configurations, and logs in company databases and systems.
• Ensure all entered data is up-to-date, error-free, and in compliance with company standards and protocols.
• Regularly review and update technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and network diagrams.

Collaborating with IT Teams:
• Work closely with IT support and development teams to gather necessary information for data entry.
• Assist in tracking hardware and software assets by inputting and updating inventory records.
• Support technical teams by maintaining accurate logs of system upgrades, patches, and updates.

Data Integrity and Quality Control:
• Perform regular checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
• Conduct data validation processes to ensure technical data meets quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on data entry progress, technical issues, and system updates.
• Document data entry procedures and create guides for troubleshooting common issues.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, such as network maps and IT workflow diagrams.

Support IT Projects:
• Assist in IT projects by providing accurate data entry and documentation support.
• Input configurations and technical specifications for new systems and software implementations.
• Maintain logs of system testing and performance metrics for new applications.

Technical System Familiarity:
• Develop a working knowledge of various IT systems and software used by the company.
