Introduction:
• Tech Delivery Lead will be responsible to manager Technical Delivery of various projects from channel perspective and lead Team Technically. Accountable for creating project deliverables that meet or exceed the expectations of the project.
• Own and drive the Project planning framework, ensuring that plans are developed and tracked to appropriate standards, are integrated effectively across all work-streams, are unambiguous and achievable.
• Should able to create RAID log and could able to resolve them. Control Scope of the project.
• Person will be responsible for Stake Holder and Leadership team management.
• Person will be responsible to support Team technically and from operation perspective. Person should be responsible to understand the blocker and help them to resolve.
• Person will act as a Line Manger and will be responsible for people management.
• Ensure that all Project status reporting is accurate, informative and timely.
• Escalate for management intervention whenever gaps in project delivery.

What will you be doing
• Must have experience of working in an IT project environment and an understanding of IT and business strategies. Must have experience in channels engineering of Bank
• Must have previous experience of Managing projects in IT Organisation or IT Department of Bank
• Preferable to have minimum 5 years of release, delivery management experience and minimum 5 years of Technical experience.
• Must have specific technical knowledge in one or more aspects of the IT profession, i.e. technical design.

What we're looking for:
• Person should have knowledge on various reporting and tracking tools like JIRA, Agile Centre etc.
• Person should have good Banking Domain Knowledge associated with Payments and Debit Card.
• He or she should be aware about various components within Bank.
• Technical knowledge in core Java. Hibernate, Springboot
