Job Overview
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Architectural Designer and Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Concept Designs NT.
The successful candidate will work closely with our builders and stakeholders, producing precise and detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-quality architectural design and has strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural design concepts and prepare detailed drawings
Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project requirements are met
Conduct research on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Revit and Lumion or other design software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
