AICREATIVES WEB SOLUTIONS LLP is a leading web development and design agency that specializes in providing innovative and cutting-edge web solutions to clients in a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a talented Technical Head to join our team and lead our technical team to deliver highquality web solutions to our clients.
As a Technical Head, you will be responsible for managing our technical team, including web developers, app developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers. You will lead and manage the team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of technical professionals, including web developers, app
developers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Develop and implement technical strategies that align with the company's
business goals and objectives.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards.

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that
all projects meet the highest quality standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure that they have the
resources they need to deliver projects successfully.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and
design.

Manage client relationships and ensure that the company is meeting the client's
expectations.

Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop
and implement effective strategies that drive business growth. Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience in web development and design, with a deep understanding of
website architecture and user experience.

Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects
on time and within budget.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire
team members.

Strong technical skills, with experience in programming languages such as HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and database technologies such as MySQL and MongoDB.

Knowledge of website design Content Management Systems (CMS) such as
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, and others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate
complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Proven experience in developing and implementing technical strategies that align
with business goals and objectives.

Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring that the company is
meeting the client's expectations. Additional Skills:

Knowledge of latest web development technologies, such as ReactJS, VueJS,
AngularJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, Laravel, and others.

Experience with cloud-based web hosting and deployment platforms, such as AWS,
Azure, and Google Cloud.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques.
Experience with e-commerce website development and payment gateway integrations.
