We have urgent opening of Technical Manager/Call Center Manager -Dialer Manager for Gurgaon Location
Position : Technical Manager
Experience - 10 -12 years
Should be flexible to work in 24X7 shifts, preferably from BPO background.
Job Description:
Functional Area:
Dialer Management, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and IVR script management
Configuring and managing dialer resources (PRI/PRI gateway/GSM gateway).
Creating and delivering IVR script within assigned timeframes.
Responsible for managing dialer and fallback plan.
Manages day-to-day operational troubleshooting aspects of dialer like patch management, service level troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting and managing dialer ticket and coordinating with support teams.
Should be able to review logs (Asterisk/SIP) and draw inference.
Understanding of VoIP technologies.
Scheduling and Managing backups (Database/data folders/Recordings)
Possesses good understanding in the areas of Call Center Technologies, Database, Servers and Networking.
Have knowledge of database technology (MSSQL Server)/CRM(Apache/IIS ,PHP, ASP.NET) application programming.
Good communicator (facilitation, presentation, verbal and written).
Candidate should have good understanding of Networking, Data, Wireless and Security concepts
Should have hands on experience on configuration of routers and switches.
Should have understanding and implementation of network traffic analysis
Hands-on technical experience working with VPN technologies (IPSEC, SSL VPN, Web VPN, Any Connect, etc.).
Experience Implementing and Supporting Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in managing different messaging platforms Exchange, Google, Zimbra etc.
Experience in System Backups/Restores (Backup Exec/Veeam/etc.) softwares.
Desired Candidate Profile must have :
Experience in managing Call Center environment
Able to manage team of support engineer
Complete Understanding of Change management process
Indepth knowledge of Asterisk based dialer (ContaQue) is required and experience in Aspect Dialer (Unified IP 6.6/7.2) will be an additional advantage.
Indepth knowledge of handling Windows, Linux Servers and Network Equipments.
