Technical Officer - School of Design & Media [ITE College Central]

What the role is:

As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

What you will be working on:

1. Maintain and upkeep laboratory and classroom facilities such as computers (PC and Apple), equipment and software.

2. Assist with day-to-day school operational matters and support in the issuing of photography and video equipment.

3. Facilitate the school’s procurement.

4. Manage the inventory of department assets, stores, and training materials.

5. Support college and school events.

What we are looking for:

1. Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Proficiency in asset management, including tracking and retirement processes.

4. Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and SharePoint repository.

5. Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in an academic setting.
