Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management.

Preferred qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
• 2 years of experience in organizational change management and training development.
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems design, development and deployment.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity on a rapidly changing landscape.

Responsibilities
• Lead and drive high cost, high benefit software projects from ideation through implementation. Own all aspects of development delivery including planning and monitoring delivery, articulating and tracking dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating resources, and actively managing key governance forums.
• Create and maintain the technical implementation plan of record, providing regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders, exective leadership cross-functionally.
• Work with partner organizations to manage technical and business aspects of project(s), partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads to drive alignment and prioritization.
• Define, develop, roll out and continuously evolve development and release processes, tools and KPIs, with the mindset of driving operational excellence, and ability to scale. Coordinate and enforce software development policies and procedures, and track software development lifecycle requirements.
