We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead, plan and execute a variety of digital projects, ranging from platform implementations and journey/automation builds to ongoing campaign execution. As Technical Project Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and lead a cross-functional team of subject matter experts ensuring that we deliver exceptional work to our clients, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple digital projects end-to-end, from discovery and solutioning to technical development and implementation.
Structure and maintain project timelines; track deliverables efficiently.
Manage to the project budget and Statement of Work. Contribute to the development of both.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Propose solutions to address identified risks and ensure escalations are raised appropriately.
Communicate proactively with account leadership about project timelines and updates, new client requests, and change requests.
Manage peer-level client relationships as the primary client contact for all project inquiries and needs
Contribute to an environment that fosters innovation, problem solving and knowledge sharing
Lead the execution of QA and testing plans; actively participate in testing as needed
Skills and Experience
5+ years of project management experience; PMP or Certified Scrum Master designation preferred.
Hands-on experience with Martech implementations (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Data Cloud) or website builds strongly preferred
Strong ability to understand technical concepts and the development process
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills as well as an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret client needs and translate them for technical teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple deliverables and tight timelines
Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) protocols and ownership of QA sign-off for all deliverables
We are located in Liberty Village, Toronto. This is a hybrid role and we are in-office 3 days a week.
