Our mission is to design and build robots that can operate in high temperatures and with any type of structures, including ferrous and non-ferrous materials. We also provide flexibility for third-party tool and equipment integration to meet our client's unique needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project activities, developing project plans, tracking project progress, managing project resources, and communicating with stakeholders. This role is located in Gurugram, but some remote work is acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and milestones.
Conduct. feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and devise mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, consisting of mechanical engineers, robotics experts, software developers, and other relevant professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive project success.
Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Technical Oversight:
Utilize your mechanical engineering and robotics expertise to understand technical requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with technical leads to define and review system architecture, design, and specifications.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in mechanical engineering and robotics.

Project Execution:
Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones.
Identify and resolve issues promptly, keeping the project on track.
Implement agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements.

Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs against the approved financial plan.

Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to guarantee the functionality and reliability of robotic systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of robotics or automation.
Strong technical background in mechanical engineering and robotics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to robotics.

Additional Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Knowledge of Solidworks, CAE, Ansys, and others
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and market trends,
