Job description
· Must have at least 3.5+ years of experience in End to End Technical Recruitment for US
· Strong Direct and Passive Sourcing experience.
· Able to play an Individual Contributor role.
· Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
· Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment
· Should have understanding and ability to meet all the quality parameters before submitting a resume to the client portal
· Strong experience in tax terms (W2, C2C & 10++), negotiations, building relationships. Building good rapport with each candidate for long-term association.
· Strong understanding of US Geo. ( PST, MST, CST EST)
· Should have experience in using different job boards Like Monster, Dice,
· Should have excellent convincing skills and negotiation skills.
· Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates pending interview feedback from the client
· Ability to deliver results and handle the pressure and strong hunger for quality.
