Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Job Details:
· A minimum of 1-3 years of full life-cycle recruitment experience conducting extensive interviews with US Citizen Technical candidates.
· In-depth understanding of technical roles and requirements within IT job descriptions.
· Demonstrated success in negotiating salaries and hourly pay rates.
· Knowledge of US Contracting – 10++, Corp to Corp, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem.
· Excellent knowledge of sourcing candidates from different sources like Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Head Hunting etc.
· Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn and CRM like CEIPAL.
· Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers.
· Building a strong network of top talent, gain market intelligence and assess candidates to gauge alignment for a specific role or functional area.
· Identifying and engaging high-quality prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, Social media, job boards, social networking, database mining, referrals, cold calling, and other advanced recruiting techniques.
