What You’ll Be Doing:

Job Description Summary:

As an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in the growth of our Engineering Business Unit, recruiting high-performing Engineering talent into Evolent.

Responsibilities:
• Identifying, engaging, and closing Software Engineer requirements from a range of different technology -stacks, backgrounds, and industries.
• Interview Candidates on a technical level at the pre-screening stage, to determine their level of skill and inform them of the position’s duties and responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
• Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing hiring managers with the metrics they need to be aware of.
• Attend debriefs alongside hiring teams to act as a peer in evaluating candidates.
• Source candidates through formal and informal network alliances, complex internet searches, database mining, including the use of social media platforms.
• Communicating with external sources, i.e., peer organisations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact upon the business.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with Hiring Manager on the hiring needs.
• Maintain high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle.

Qualifications:

Required:
• The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of quantifiable recruiting experience within a technical environment. Must thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment and enjoy networking within the tech industry to find and identify the best sources of talent.
• A good understanding of Technology Stack and Technical skills required by the Organization.
• Enough passion and depth to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions for which you're hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation abilities

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree – Preferably in Engineering

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
