As a contract technical recruiter at Torry Harris, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for technical positions within the company, ensuring that we attract the best talent available. You will work closely with hiring managers and other team members to understand the staffing needs of the organization and play a vital role in building a strong and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
5. Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
6. Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and communication.
7. Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
