This role comes under "CoreOps Service Private Limited", Air Arabia's newly launched Global Capability Center in Pune, India. CoreOps Services Private Limited (a subsidiary of Air Arabia PJSC) caters to the global business operations of the Air Arabia group and provides operations support to the Air Arabia parent company as well as its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates worldwide. CoreOps focuses on centralizing, standardizing, and streamlining processes for efficient functioning of the business.

Job Purpose

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent to meet the companys growing needs. Manages the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates on niche platforms to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Engages in employer branding initiatives and stays updated with emerging recruitment trends in the technology sector.

Key Result Responsibilities
• Identify, source, and engage candidates on niche platforms (e.g., Stack Overflow, GitHub, LinkedIn, Naukri, Linkedin).
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media recruiting to target passive candidates.
• Craft and send personalized recruitment emails to attract top talent.
• Participate in tech conferences & meetups to build relationships with IT professionals.
• Review and parse specialized IT resumes to shortlist candidates based on skill fit.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Organize and lead structured interviews, technical assessments, and psychometric evaluations.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Promote the companys reputation as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging recruitment trends and technologies in IT hiring.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices to maintain a competitive recruitment strategy.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and enhance Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
• Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certification in sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources etc.

Work Experience-Internal
• 2-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT, software engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., SAP SF Recruiting, Taleo etc.).
• Familiarity with technical interview formats (e.g., coding challenges, pair programming, system design assessments).
• Experience with latest selection tools.
• Experience in hiring for multiple roles, including permanent and contract positions.
• Ability to understand and explain software development, cloud computing, and cybersecurity roles.
• Strong communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth IT environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation in tech recruitment.
