Requirements:
• Experience recruiting best-in-market talent for a fast-paced, high growth technology company (Startup experience and technical hiring experience preferred)
• Previous experience recruiting for Technical Roles and Non-technical roles
• Experience in end-to-end offer roll-out & related process
• Ability to learn and leverage stellar negotiation skills
• Ability to execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Detail-oriented and comfortable using applicant tracking systems
• Proven organizational skills
What you will be doing:
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify talent requirements across various functions
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
• Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Coordinating with recruitment consultants and agencies as required.
• Operate as a Talent Partner through consultation, applying best practices to optimize for the best hiring decision
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Own & drive innovative talent branding initiatives
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Implementing a consistent and thorough hiring process thereby ensuring that you meet hiring goals while providing the best experience for both candidates and your own internal stakeholders.
