Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Professional (MBA required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and present complex solutions to clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving growth in technical product/service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that address their business needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer feedback with product roadmaps.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform sales strategy.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
• Build long-term client relationships through effective account management and periodic reviews.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting on pipeline and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA (mandatory) from a reputed institute – preferably with a specialization in Marketing, Technology, or Business Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical/B2B sales, solution selling, or consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of [insert relevant technologies – e.g., SaaS, cloud, analytics, industrial automation, AI, etc.].
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting systems.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
