Role Description

The Technical Sales Support Team is the face and voice of the company as they drive all kinds of interactions with leads and new & existing customers across the country for all our services and products. The goal of the team is to make every customer interaction count.

Qualifications
• Any UG Graduation (Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronic degree is a Plus)
• Technical Sales, Sales Operations, and Technical Sales Support skills
• Experience in providing Technical Support to customers
• Analytical skills to identify and provide technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field

Years of Experience :- 0 – 3 Years. Experience of 1-3 years as Sales / Sales Support Executive / Back Office is a plus

Location :- Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities
• Provide Pre-sales technical assistance, services and products education.
• Work on sales support services and provide technical and commercial back up as required.
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries and purchase orders as necessary.
• Answer Emails, Phone calls and chats from customers and deal with queries as they arise.
• Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product or service.
• Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
• Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
• Provides hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking and detailed account management
• Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
