The Opportunity
KBR are currently seeking Expression of Interest from Technical Service Engineers (L3).
As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients various environment and providing L3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but is not limited to:
Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI’S) timeframe
Third Party Vendor Engagement
Participate in client projects when required
Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP’S)
Develop and update Detailed level design
Participate in out of hours activities as required
Essential
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016/201+ products and integrated technologies
Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
Demonstrated Knowledge & experience in Red Hat Linux
Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 201+
Demonstrated Knowledge and Experience in Citrix Studios & Director
Proficiency in advanced scripting
ITIL V3/V4 certification
NV2 security clearance is required
Desirable
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience
